We advise you to check with your local embassy or passport agency.

* Students come from diverse industry, cultural, academic and professional backgrounds.
* No prior experience is needed to take the course just a willingness to learn.

Image Academia International is a private institution. Currently, IAI does not offer school loans, financial aid or grants. On occasion, IAI grants partial scholarship to distinguished individuals.

IAI instructors and assistants use various methods of teaching:

* Presentation
* Lecture
* Video
* Hands on workshops
* Guest Speakers
* Fieldtrips
* Case Studies

* All courses include IAI training binder, professional course instruction, coaching, mentoring and professional development
* Light snacks and drinks are provided during class time
* For select programs, a special lunch or dinner is provided on the last day
* Entrances to Museums or special field trips are not included
* Additional resources can be purchased separately such as color analysis products, color analysis drapes, capes, flags, select books and services

* In-person courses are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM depending on class size and location.
* Online courses are subject to special scheduling.
* Most programs have a final exam and may have a final presentation.

* Customized courses and one to one training options are available for people with busy schedules, working and non-working professionals, individually or in groups.
* In addition, arrangements can be made to facilitate an onsite course with a minimum of 2 or more students.
* Additional fees may apply for private courses depending on time of year and location.

Airfare, hotel, meals and travel expenses are NOT included with tuition. Please contact us for a list of nearby hotels and travel information for the chosen location.

Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) offers training programs throughout the year at various locations.

* If a participant/student is unable to attend a class due to illness, or emergency, you may reschedule an excused absence with prior approval.
* Participant must be able to show proof with proper documentation such as doctors note.
* All assignments and projects must be completed to receive certification.
* IIC/IAI reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient students.
* IIC/IAI reserves the right to cancel a course due to natural disaster, unsafe weather or terrorism.

* Note: We are unable to issue refunds for any reason.

Image Academia International (IAI) and IIC offers a variety of Image, Fashion and Color products.

* Color products are uniquely handcrafted and may have slight color and style variations.
* Color drapes, capes, and flags are custom made and are not refundable.
* All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed.

Section 1. Nonpayment
1. Failure to remit payment and Right to Cancel.
Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate any class or program due to nonpayment. All courses and programs must remit payment in full by scheduled start date. Such cancellation may occur immediately and without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

2. Unexcused Absence
2.1 Attendance Requirement.
Participants are required to attend all scheduled classes. Unexcused absence is subject to additional cost for missing scheduled class.
2.2 Right to Cancel.
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior written notice or without an excuse approved by Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in cancellation of the class or program without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

3. Incomplete Assignments
3.1 Right to Cancel for Incomplete Work.
Failure to complete required assignments within the specified five (5) business days shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) may cancel the class or program without refund, credit, or the opportunity for rescheduling, and no exceptions shall be made.

4. No Refunds
Cancellation for Nonpayment, Incomplete Assignments or Unexcused Absence

Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, or terminate any scheduled class in the event of nonpayment, unexcused absence or incomplete assignments. Failure to remit payment by the applicable due date shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate cancellation of the class. Additionally, Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) may cancel a class if the participant fails to attend as scheduled without prior written notice or without an excuse deemed acceptable by Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC).

*No refunds are allowed after signing up for a class.

* Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) associates and affiliates have the right to terminate any services due to client harassment, bullying, intimidation, hostility, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior with no refund.

* Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) associates and affiliates may report inappropriate behavior to the proper authorities. This would include harassment, verbal, mental, emotional, electronically and physical abuse.
